Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Please note that custom design products may require additional processing time, and we will reach out to you with an estimated timeline for these orders. Additionally, orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping rates & Delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We ship within the United States. For international shipping requests, please contact us directly at info@hollowhull.com. Delivery times vary by location and product type. Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after your order is processed.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email that includes your number. This allows you to easily monitor the progress of your shipment it arrives at your doorstep. Thank you for shopping with us!
Shipping delays
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to high demand, weather, or carrier issues. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
Damages & Lost Packages
Hollow Hull is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
